Periwink is a Revolutionary Coaching Platform and Community for GenX Women who are experiencing Peri/Menopause
Periwink improves perimenopausal women’s’ quality of life and long-term health outcomes by
using evidence-based longevity practices that include: fitness, food, lifestyle habits & mindset.
The coaching program combines social support, stress reduction, resistance training, antiinflammation lifestyle practices and increased parasympathetic activities.
Periwink educates women about Peri/Menopause and gives them agency over their healthcare
choices by providing the latest information for: managing symptoms, natural menopause
solutions, options for hormonal therapy, resources and health care providers. Periwink also
tracks women’s symptoms to monitor how the lifestyle practices affect symptom outcomes.
Periwink is a Self-Care Sisterhood for MidLife Women. The community-based women’s circle
provides accountability, motivation and a safe space for women to be heard, supported and
celebrated.
